Founder and President
I’m a Certified Management Consultant and educator passionate about working with clients and students to drive strategic, professional development, and operational results.
Whether developing a business model, executing a strategy, or conducting a workshop, I apply business insights and pragmatic action for productive outcomes.
My career has included successful work as a product manager, marketer, management consultant, entrepreneur, and teacher.
My firm, BLUE SAGE Consulting, Inc., is a certified woman-owned boutique business consulting firm specializing in global strategy, business optimization, and resource development. We work with organizations to develop and implement business strategies that improve their agility and business outcomes.
I believe that learning extends from the field into the classroom and back again. I have taught and facilitated graduate, undergraduate, and executive education courses in marketing, leadership, sales management, business and communications, strategy, and project management in more than 750 corporate and educational settings.
I’m active in the community and industry as a past President of the local chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMCUSA) and a member of the Marketing and Ethics Committees. I have also served as a board member of CMC-Global Institute, a virtual organization for global consultants.
I hold a BA from SUNY Albany in New York and MBA in International Business from The American University in Washington, DC. I have completed coursework for the Executive Doctorate in Organization Change (PhD) at Ashridge Executive Education outside of London, UK. I have also completed the Inner MBA program in partnership with MindfulNYU and LinkedIn.
